Scope
These terms apply to MCC services under marxcompute.club, including the public site, identity, source hosting, Zulip, experimental chat surfaces, and invitation flows.
Access
MCC services may be invite-only, review-controlled, or manually provisioned. Do not share private invite links, temporary credentials, access tokens, or administrative access. Keep account contact information usable enough for operational notices.
Acceptable Use
Do not use MCC infrastructure to attack systems, distribute malware, spam, evade access controls, harvest credentials, dox people, threaten people, or overload services. Do not upload material you do not have a lawful basis to use. Do not post secrets or private data that should not be archived.
Source And Chat
Repositories, commits, issues, pull requests, Zulip messages, MCChat/IRC messages, moderation records, and other contribution metadata may be copied, mirrored, indexed, backed up, or archived. Treat source and chat surfaces as operational infrastructure, not private end-to-end encrypted storage.
Licenses
Repository-level license files control source code, documentation, and artifacts where present. Unless otherwise stated, MCC site code is AGPL-3.0-or-later and public text/artifact pages are CC BY-SA 4.0. MCC names, marks, and logos remain identity assets and are not granted for unrelated use.
Moderation And Suspension
MCC may remove content, disable accounts, revoke access, or preserve records when needed to operate services, investigate abuse, protect infrastructure, or maintain source-control provenance.
Services
MCC uses self-hosted and managed services to operate the platform. The Privacy Notice describes the launch providers and data handling posture.
No Warranty
MCC services are provided as-is and may change, break, move, or be withdrawn. Do not rely on MCC as the only copy of work you cannot afford to lose.
